Laura Aho is a seasoned service designer with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Palvelumuotoilija at HSL Helsingin seudun liikenne since June 2023, Laura previously worked at Kojamo Oyj from December 2020 to June 2023, focusing on the Lumo concept and enhancing customer experience. Prior to Kojamo, Laura held multiple roles at Futurice from August 2016 to December 2020, including Senior Service Designer and Service Design Lead, where responsibilities included user-centric service development and project leadership. Earlier experiences include service design roles at Palmu Inc. and The Customer Experience Company. Laura holds a BA(Hons) in Product Design from The Glasgow School of Art and a Certificate in Design Strategy and Leadership from Cranfield University.
