Dario Balducci is a finance professional with extensive experience in controlling and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Controller at Helsinn Group since March 2020, Dario is responsible for preparing quarterly consolidated financial reports, budgeting, and performance management reporting in accordance with IFRS standards. Prior to this, Dario held the Controller position at Medacta International from November 2014 to March 2020, focusing on financial reporting and internal auditing. Dario also worked at EY from June 2011 to October 2014 as a Senior Consultant in the Finance Transformation Team, where expertise was applied in financial consolidation, budgeting, and performance improvement for numerous leading organizations across various industries. Dario's academic background includes a Master's degree in Markets and Business Strategies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, complemented by a CAS in developing agile organizations.
