Elona Muca

Elona Muca is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial management and consultancy. Currently serving as Finance Manager at HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Albania since April 2013, Elona has previously contributed to UNICEF as a Consultant in Accounting and Controlling and held the position of Senior Advisor at KPMG Advisory, focusing on institutional assessment and internal audit. Elona began a career in the NPO sector as a Grants Manager for the USAID Program, where responsibilities included program management, training, and monitoring for NGOs. Elona holds a Certificate in Internal Audit for the Public Sector from the Ministry of Finance in Albania and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Tirana.
