Ursina Thöni has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ursina started their career as a Teamleiterin CRM at Kaufmännischer Verband Schweiz in 2007 and worked there for 8 years. After that, they joined Performa AG as a Projektleiterin/Beraterin and worked until 2018. Ursina then worked as a Customer Success Manager at isolutions AG from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Angestellte Schweiz as a CRM Organisationsentwicklung and later moved to Helvetas as the Head of Data Management & Analytics.
