Alejandro Rubio Castaño

Alejandro Rubio Castaño is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Global Key Account Manager for Renewables at Hempel A/S since April 2022. In this role, Alejandro is responsible for the strategic management of global key accounts, implementing operational plans, and driving business development. Prior to Hempel, Alejandro spent over 11 years as a Project Manager at Siemens Gamesa, overseeing manufacturing projects in the Towers Industrial Department. Alejandro's early career includes experience as an Engineering Intern at HC Energia, a Shop Assistant at Fnac, a Kitchen Assistant at IKEA España, and a Receptionist Assistant at PortAventura World. Alejandro holds an Industrial Engineering degree with a focus on Mechanical, Structures, and Industrial Facilities from Universidad de Oviedo, attained between 2006 and 2010.
