Arek Mulinek

Arek Mulinek serves as the Head Of Global Master Data Management at Hempel A/S since September 2008, where significant advancements in data quality and governance have been achieved through the development and implementation of a global Master Data Management strategy. This role follows prior experience in various IT management positions, including IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager, where operational efficiency was improved across multiple acquisitions. Arek's career began at Orange as a Technical Support specialist, progressing to IT Project Manager at Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Incubator STARTER, overseeing EU international IT projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk, and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Gdańsk University of Technology.
