Birgitte Vinzentz Gade

Birgitte Vinzentz Gade has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, holding key leadership positions in prominent companies. At Hempel A/S, Birgitte served as Vice President and Director of People Experience & Development from May 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, at LEO Pharma A/S, Birgitte was Executive Director of Global People & Performance and Director of HR Business Partnering for Global Sales & Marketing between October 2014 and May 2021. Birgitte's earlier roles at Novozymes included Organizational Development Director for multiple divisions and HR Director for Europe, spanning from May 2004 to September 2014. Birgitte's career began in the Ministry of Finance of Denmark as HR Coordinator and Head of Section for Administration Policy from January 1999 to January 2002. Birgitte holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Aarhus University, graduated in December 1992.
