Emilia Filipiak

Emilia Filipiak is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior People Partner for Europe North at Hempel A/S since January 2022, Emilia previously held the position of HR Manager at Leroy Merlin from October 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included HR project management, recruitment, talent development, and change management. Prior experience as an HR Advisor and General Manager at Zara, Inditex, involved managing large teams, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving performance through training and employee relations. Early career roles at Pull and Bear included positions as Deputy Manager and Store Manager. Emilia holds a Master's degree in Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Gdansk.
