Fanny Lechtig

Fanny Lechtig is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies, currently serving as Senior Director and Strategic Business Partner for Decorative and Energy & Infrastructure at Hempel A/S since August 2018. Previously, Fanny held the position of People & Culture Director for both Europe & Africa and North America at Hempel A/S. Fanny's background includes significant roles at TechnipFMC and FMC Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed global HR management and integration activities. Fanny began a career at GE, holding multiple HR managerial positions related to Supply Chain and Operational functions before transitioning from Honeywell, where Fanny progressed from HR Generalist to Principal HR Generalist. Fanny holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a B.S. from the University of Houston.
