Lilly Zhang

Lilly Zhang is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Group Senior Counsel for North Asia at 海虹老人 since April 2018. Prior to this role, Lilly held positions as Senior Counsel and Legal Counsel at Praxair, Inc. from June 2014 to April 2018, and as Legal Counsel at LANXESS Chemical (China) Co., Ltd from July 2011 to June 2014. Additionally, Lilly worked at The Linde Group as Legal Advisor & Corporate Governance Manager from June 2005 to June 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Business School Netherlands (2014-2016), an LL.M in International Commercial Law from The University of Sheffield (2003-2005), and an LL.B in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law (1998-2002).
