Mikkel Diness Vindeløv is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the marine and energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care & Marine Performance Advisory at Hempel A/S since January 2019, Mikkel manages a global team of approximately 350 and is focused on optimizing the Order-to-Cash process while establishing a Marine Performance Advisory function. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Care, Inside Sales & Distributors, and Group Director positions driving strategic initiatives at both Hempel A/S and FLSmidth.
