Tamara Fiona Wennecke

Tamara Fiona Wennecke is a Senior Strategy Lead at Hempel A/S since May 2022, serving as a strategic partner to the EVP Marine. Previously, Wennecke held the position of Regional EMEA Commercial Excellence Manager, implementing Hempel's "Double Impact Strategy" to drive significant business growth. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Commercial Excellence at Atos Medical, where Wennecke outlined key strategic initiatives for growth and led an IPO track resulting in a €2.2 billion acquisition by Coloplast. Wennecke also worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on strategic planning and market assessments in the biopharma and MedTech industries, and held various roles at Novo Nordisk A/S following a fast-track leadership development program. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD, a Master's degree in Biotechnology, and a BSc in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
