Waiming P. is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in service business development, marketing, and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Services Business Development at Hempel A/S since 2019, Waiming oversees the commercialisation of service solutions globally while managing strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Waiming held significant positions at Hach Company and Philips Electronics, achieving notable revenue growth and successful project management. Additionally, Waiming contributes to the community as a Committee Member of The Oxford & Cambridge Society of Singapore and as an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Rowing Association. Waiming holds an EMBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University, as well as a BA (Hon) from the University of Oxford.
