Emalie O'Neal

Emalie O'Neal, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources and People Development at Hemper since November 2023, following a tenure as Human Resources Manager at INDO Cannabis from November 2020 to November 2023. O'Neal previously held a Human Resources Manager position at Nuwu Cannabis, where the first Human Capital department for the largest dispensary in Nevada was created and managed. Earlier career experiences include managing global teams as Global Learning, Development, and Quality Control Manager at PSI Services LLC from June 2009 to August 2019, alongside various supervisory roles in human resources, training, and quality assurance. O'Neal's foundational experience began in customer service management at Medco and other organizations, bolstered by a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
