Bret Willett, PE, LEED® AP has over 25 years of work experience in the field of building systems design. Bret is currently serving as the Grocery & Distribution Sector Client Relationship Director and Principal at Henderson Engineers, a national building systems design firm. In this role, they are responsible for managing client relationships and providing design services in various disciplines such as acoustics, lighting, electrical, and technology. Prior to this, Bret held positions at Larson Binkley, Inc. (now Dialectic) as a Senior Project Manager, GPW & Associates, LLC as a Project Manager, Carlson Design Construct as an Electrical Engineer, SmithGroup as an Electrical Engineer, Giffels Associates, Inc. as an Electrical Engineer, Smith & Boucher, Inc. as an Engineer, and Ghafari Associates as an Electrical Engineer. Through these roles, they have gained extensive experience in project management, electrical engineering, and design.
Bret Willett, PE, LEED® AP began their education journey in 1987 when they attended Johnson County Community College to pursue a degree in Engineering. Bret completed their studies in 1988 and then moved on to Kansas State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering. Bret dedicated five years to their studies at Kansas State University, completing their education in 1993.
