Francois Mercier

Francois Mercier is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, consulting, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Integration Business Service APAC Transformation & Consulting at Henkel since February 2014, Francois manages a team of 20 professionals across various fields, including digital innovation and IT governance. Notable achievements include establishing digital offices in Singapore and China, implementing RFID solutions for asset tracking, initiating the first Hackathons at Henkel, and mapping over 3000 startups to enhance corporate operations. Prior to Henkel, Francois held leadership positions at Freudenberg IT, IBM Global Business Services, and O2 Telefonica Ireland, demonstrating a strong background in project management and operational excellence. Education includes advanced studies in computing and project management from prestigious institutions, along with degrees in economics and management information systems.
