Vito Buffa

Vito Buffa is an experienced professional in product and technology management with over 35 years in the industry. Currently, as the Head of Global Product Line Management at Henkel since 2007, Vito oversees the lifecycle of a diverse portfolio of industrial adhesives, sealants, and coatings, leading a team of global product line managers. Previous roles at Henkel include Director of Global Product & Technology Management and Director of Innovation Value Driver Management, where Vito managed innovation portfolios and new technology development projects. Vito's earlier experience includes positions at Emerson & Cuming and National Starch and Chemical, where market strategies and product line management were key responsibilities. Vito holds an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University and MS and BS degrees in Chemical Engineering from New York University, along with additional strategic management education from Harvard Business School Online and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
