Laura Kauppinen

Laura Kauppinen is an experienced professional in corporate development and administration, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Eezy Oyj since May 2025 and a Board Member at Endev since June 2022. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Vice President at Bittium from June 2023 to May 2025 and served as Chief Development Officer at Citec Group from May 2019 to March 2023. Laura's extensive career also includes significant roles at Maintpartner Group, where responsibilities spanned from Executive Vice President Corporate Development to Head of Corporate Development, and at Eltel, focusing on HR and communications. Laura began a consulting career at IBM and PwC Consulting Finland, following the completion of a PhD and a Masters in Psychology at the University of Helsinki.
