Paul Elbow has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of investment banking. Paul started their career as a Business Analyst at Chicago Clearing Corporation in January 2014, before interning as a Financial Planning Intern at Lincoln Financial Advisors from June to August 2014. In 2015, they joined Best Buy as a Demand Forecast Analyst for a year. Paul then moved to Quetico Partners in June 2016 as an Investment Banking Analyst, and later transitioned to Hennepin Partners (formerly known as Quetico Partners) in April 2018. Paul worked their way up from an Investment Banking Associate to their current role as Vice President of Investment Banking, which they have been holding since June 2022.

Paul Elbow completed their secondary education at Madison East High School from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they enrolled at Carleton College and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Paul completed their undergraduate studies at Carleton College in 2015. During their time at Carleton College, in 2012, Paul participated in a study abroad program at East China Normal University, focusing on Chinese Studies. In 2013, they also took part in a study abroad program at the University of Cambridge, specifically in Economics.
