Pandu Waskito

Pandu Waskito currently serves in a Recruitment Strategy role at HENNGE since March 2023. Previously, Pandu held the position of Assistant Manager for Marketing Campaign (Gamification) at Shopee from October 2018 to September 2022, where leadership of a 16-member team focused on enhancing the campaign gamification process, driving platform analytics, and managing social media efforts. Prior experience includes working as an Energy Conservation & Continuous Improvement Executive at British American Tobacco from February 2017 to September 2018, as well as participation in the BAT Global Graduate Programme, where a crisis management project regarding cigarette waste was successfully led. Pandu Waskito holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Materials Engineering from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering from the University of Indonesia, complemented by Japanese language studies at Ichikawa Nihongo Gakuin.
