Michael Gadachy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career as an On Site Real Estate Agent at Richmond American Homes from 2000 to 2002. Michael then worked as a Marketing Manager at Brokers West Real Estate from 2003 to 2004, where they implemented and led the creation and circulation of total marketing for Northern Colorado Communities. In 2005, they joined Discus Dental as an Inside Sales Supervisor, responsible for delivering dental aesthetics products and oral hygiene supplies. From 2012 to 2015, Michael worked at Philips as a Regional Territory Manager, specializing in health technology and integrated solutions. Michael then joined Smile Source in 2016 as a Business Development Manager, focusing on franchise member recruiting and developing franchisee membership. Currently, Michael is the Sr. Manager of Sales Development and Training at Henry Schein Orthodontics since 2017, where they are involved in providing healthcare products and services to dental practitioners.
From 1998 to 2002, Michael Gadachy attended Colorado State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
