Currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief of Engineering Support Services at Hepburn and Sons LLC, Frank has successfully led the growth of the engineering support services division for Naval Sea Systems Command and DARPA customers. Prior to their current position, Frank held roles such as Director of Naval Services at Alion Science and Technology and Engineering Manager at BAE Systems.
