Lefteris Trechas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lefteris is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at HERACLES Group, a member of Holcim. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operations Officer for APIVITA SA, a leading company in Greece specializing in natural cosmetics. Before that, they served as the CFO for Speedex Courier SA, one of the top courier companies in Greece. Lefteris also has a strong background in finance, having held various positions at Philip Morris International, including Head of Finance and Administration, Senior Manager Finance, Manager Strategy and Financial Planning, Manager Finance, Manager Operations Planning (an affiliate of Philip Morris International), and Business Analyst & Investor Relations Officer. Lefteris started their career as a Management Accountant at Corus, where they supported the accounting department and managed the corporate budget. Lefteris has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategy, operations, and planning throughout their career.
Lefteris Trechas completed an MBA in Corporate Finance at the Alba Graduate Business School from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they obtained a degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, with a focus on Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR. In June 2010, they also completed a Long-term statutory tax seminar at PwC, obtaining a certification.
