Felix Martin Stoffner has a diverse work experience in the field of metallurgy. Felix Martin started their career as a research intern at Aurubis AG in 2011, focusing on primary copper production. This was followed by a shift-work internship at VACUUMSCHMELZE, where they gained experience in melting processes. In 2012, Felix joined IME - Institut of Process Metallurgy and Metal Recycling as a research assistant. Here, they worked for over a year before transitioning to Heraeus in 2014. At Heraeus, Felix held various roles as a metallurgical engineer in the R&D department, focusing on research and development of metallurgical processes. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Head of Production Support for Pyrometallurgy, responsible for overseeing production support in this area. In 2022, Felix took on a new role as the Head of Production Support, Digitalization, and Sustainability at Heraeus.
Felix Martin Stoffner earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Metallurgical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, attending from 2008 to 2014. In 2021 and 2022, Stoffner enrolled in the Quantic School of Business and Technology, pursuing an Executive MBA degree.
