Will Bass

Will Bass has extensive experience in safety training, sales, and operations management. Currently serving as a Regional Safety Trainer at Herc Rentals since December 2015, Will has also held roles including Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator and Territory Sales Representative within the same company. Prior professional background includes a supervisory position at Starbucks from April 2011 to December 2015, where responsibilities included training new associates and implementing new products. Will also served as the Head Coach for Varsity Men's Tennis at Village Christian Academy from February 2011 to May 2014, and briefly worked in Risk Management at BB&T. Will holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Management from Fayetteville State University.
