Rich DiPietro is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in business development, project management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Business Development/Estimator/Project Manager at Hercules Fence, Rich oversees estimating, sales, and project execution for high-security fencing, while managing contractor relationships and ensuring timely project delivery. Previously, Rich founded and operated Dick ‘n Jimmy’s Food Truck, handling all business operations including social media management and event organization. Rich's background also includes a significant tenure at Under Armour, where Rich managed over 500 design and development projects in global store development with a total budget of $10M. Rich holds a BS in Management from Loyola University Maryland and graduated from McDonogh School.
