Debbie Russell

Debbie Russell has extensive experience in the banking industry, holding various leadership roles over several decades. Currently a Branch Relationship Officer at Heritage Bank NW since July 2018, Debbie's previous positions have included Operations Manager at Premier Community Bank, which was acquired by Heritage Bank, and Manager at Twin Star Credit Union. Notably, Debbie served as VP, Regional Operations Solutions Manager at Umpqua Bank, overseeing operations for 42 locations, and has also held multiple AVP positions focusing on operational compliance and strategic direction across numerous bank branches. Education includes studies at Portland Community College and St. Mary of the Valley. Following a successful career, Debbie retired in March 2024.
