Fiona Casey

Fiona Casey is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Heritage Lifecare, a role commenced in December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Advisor Learning & Development / Organisation Development at the New Zealand Qualifications Authority from August 2022 to January 2024, and as a Learning and Development Advisor at Datacom from June 2019 to August 2022. Fiona has also held leadership positions such as Programme Delivery Manager at Open Polytechnic and Owner at Lightyear Coaching & Training, where a focus was placed on enhancing soft skills in the workplace. Additionally, Fiona's academic experience includes tutoring at the Southern Institute of Technology and project coordination within its distance learning faculty. Fiona's career began at British Airways, where roles spanned from HR Resource Manager to various IT project leadership positions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Strategy from Bradford School of Management and a BSc in Computing Science & Business Studies from the University of Stirling.
