Michael Lundgaard is an experienced urban planner and project manager with a strong background in sustainability and urban life. Currently serving as a Planchef, konstitueret at Herlev Kommune since April 2022, Michael has previously held the role of Projektleder at Udviklingsselskabet By & Havn from February 2016 to March 2022. Michael's career includes positions as a Specialkonsulent at Københavns Kommune and a Byplanlægger at Vallensbæk Kommune, along with early experience as a Sagsbehandler at Hovedstadens Udviklingsråd. Michael holds a Cand.scient.soc degree in Geography and International Development Studies from Roskilde University, earned between 1993 and 2001.
