Duties include system conceptualization, analysis, design, subcontractor coordination, field investigation and review, and construction administration. Tasks involve HVAC computerized energy models, building load calculations, code compliance, layout of ductwork, plumbing & piping systems, selection of air handling systems, exhaust fans, and air distribution devices, design documentation, submittal review, coordination with other trades, and field verification.
Carol is a registered Professional Engineer in Washington, Oregon, and California.
