Jason Milliren

Jason has extensive experience in the construction industry and has spent over a decade providing financial leadership to Hermanson Company. He is responsible for monitoring Hermanson’s financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, driving profit and loss accountability throughout all of the business units, and coaching Hermanson on improving financial performance. His leadership helps form company growth objectives and strategy. In his role as Risk Manager, Jason guides the company on all insurance, legal, and bonding matters. He progressively maintains strong relationships with all external financial stakeholders, including peer financial leaders. Jason ensures that the company always communicates a clear vision of its financial goals and objectives, keeping Hermanson on the path to achievement.
