Steve has Hermanson over 20 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry. His experience includes complete project design, MEP / BIM collaboration with other trades and implementation. He has worked on a variety of jobs from large, complex projects to small work with quick turnaround times. Steve enjoys coming up with innovative solutions for each project’s unique challenges in order to deliver strongly executed and successful construction results.
Steve works with the entire project team to coordinate pre-fabrication plans, complete BIM Modeling, and establish LEAN processes specific to this construction effort. Steve is skilled in all relevant software and he utilizes 3D documentation to provide well-coordinated information so that the construction teams from multiple trades have accurate, well defined documentation of systems.
