Jay Prayag

Jay Prayag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data engineering and business intelligence management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Platform Engineering Manager at Hermès, Jay previously held the role of Senior Data Engineering Manager at Believe, where responsibilities included overseeing data applications for revenue distribution in the music tech industry. Prior to that, Jay contributed significantly to Egencia, an Expedia company, in various roles, including Senior Technology Lead & Scrum Master, where key achievements encompassed the management of a global data initiative and the creation of a reporting product for customer business reviews. Jay holds two Master's degrees in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, as well as in Database Modeling and Statistics from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, and is pursuing multiple MBAs in Luxury Management and Entrepreneurship from Sup de Luxe.
