Prior to their current role, Carl held various positions at companies such as Hermes, TNT Post UK, and PostNL, where Carl was responsible for overseeing network development, process improvement, and managing depot operations. With a background in transport and logistics, Carl has demonstrated strong leadership skills in leading teams and implementing operational solutions. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Transport and Logistics from LJMU, Carl has a solid educational foundation to complement their practical experience in the field.
