Previous roles include product development technologist at Bakkavor, where project management and product innovation were key responsibilities, and development technologist at Ferndale Foods, working on ready meals for leading retailers. Abby's career began as an R&D technologist at Kerry Ingredients, contributing to dairy production innovations. Academically, Abby holds a BSc in Food Product Development with Nutrition from the University of Plymouth, supplemented by studies in food science at S.I.T International College and Hin Hua High School in Malaysia.
