Aj Vikasdeep

AJ Vikasdeep has over 26 years of experience at Hero MotoCorp, currently serving as the Head of the Aluminium Phase Machine Shop, responsible for the profitability of the aluminium phase across multiple bike and scooter models. Previous roles include Head of Operation Excellence, where AJ implemented best operational practices and policy deployment to enhance manufacturing for new bike models, and Head of the Paint Shop, achieving record production levels exceeding targets. Additionally, AJ contributed significantly to a Greenfield project, establishing processes that resulted in six sigma quality levels in the machining area. AJ's career began at Amtek Gears Ltd as a Trainee in line production management. AJ holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Dayalbagh Educational Institute.
