Shawna Barnes

Shawna Barnes is the Founder and CEO of Shero's Journey, established in February 2017, where the focus is on empowering single, childless women through the SHERO Academy, offering resources and community support. In addition, Shawna serves as a Heroic Ambassador for the Heroic Public Benefit Corporation since May 2023, promoting personal growth and social impact through a unique training platform. Shawna's extensive experience includes roles as an Accounts Payable Coordinator at Craig Hospital since January 2005, a Sales Consultant at Norwex from May 2021 to February 2024, a Financial Strategist at WealthWave from July 2020 to March 2023, and Director of Program at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado from May 1993 to January 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Whitman College and training from The Institute for Women-Centered Coaching, Training & Leadership and in Feminine Power.
