Chris Mavrodimitrakis has extensive experience in various roles within the IT and customer service sectors, particularly at HERON since February 2016, where responsibilities have included IT Solution Analyst, Information Technology Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Indirect Sales Support, and Customer Care. Previous positions include subtitler at the cubicle since February 2012, Back Office Employee at Sioufas & Associates Law Firm from April 2013 to February 2016, Inbound Customer Service Representative at OTE Group of Companies from August 2012 to April 2013, English Teacher at Nikou Learning Center from January 2009 to June 2010, and subtitler at Multichoice Hellas from July 2008 to November 2009. Chris holds a degree in English Studies and Literature with a focus on Linguistics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, completed in 2008, and further education in Linguistics and Translator & Interpreter Training from 2008 to 2010.

HERON
HERON is active in the generation, supply and trading of Electricity, as well as in the supply and trading of Natural Gas in Greece.
