Anne-Marie Bertrand has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Anne-Marie began their career at Bombardier Aerospace as a Procurement Manager in 2000, and later became the Director of Supply Chain from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as the Logistic Director at MECAER AMERICA Inc. Since 2013, they have been with Héroux-Devtek, starting as the Director of Program Management and then moving on to become the General Manager of the Laval plant from 2016 to 2020. Currently, they are the General Manager of the Longueuil plant and the Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Region.
Anne-Marie Bertrand completed their Bachelor's degree in Gestion des opérations at the École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) from 1991 to 1994. Anne-Marie then pursued their MBA for executives at the Université de Sherbrooke from 1998 to 2000.
