Since January 2014, Karim has led the organization, previously serving as Managing Director for the EMEA region and Group Head of Innovation & New Ventures. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at Kaiser Associates, where Karim specialized in growth, innovation, and M&A within Technology, Private Equity, and Consumer/Luxury sectors. Earlier career experience includes consulting at Strategy&, part of the PwC network. Karim holds degrees from INSEAD, Dartmouth College, UCL, and has completed the International Baccalaureate.
