Phillip Serio

Phillip Serio has extensive experience in IT security and infrastructure, serving at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company since January 2007 in various roles including Director of IT Security & Compliance, Manager of IT Security, and Sr. IT Security Analyst. Responsibilities include building and maintaining virtualized environments, monitoring security technologies, and managing enterprise thin-client solutions. Phillip previously held positions such as IT Technical Support Consultant and Helpdesk Agent, providing technical support across the organization. Prior to Hershey, Phillip worked as a Technical Support Representative at Embarq Logistics. Phillip holds a BS in Digital Communications from Lebanon Valley College, earned between 2002 and 2006.
