James has a vast knowledge of managing large data centers and hardware systems including Dell EMC VxRail, IBM Storwize, HP Simplivity, and Cisco UCS. James has also been involved in global data center migrations to AWS, AWS EC2 deployments, AWS FSx migrations, and VMware HCX migrations. Additionally, James has experience in managing VMware VMC Cloud on AWS, Microsoft SharePoint environments, Microsoft System Centre, and VMware virtual desktop environments. Prior to Hertz, James worked at Ergo, Office Depot, Industria, and TNT Global Express in various IT support roles.
