Prior roles within the Ministry included Senior Prosecutor and Prosecutor at the same district. Elad began legal practice at the law office of Meir Mizrahi from December 2003 to June 2005 and served as a law intern at the Tel Aviv District Attorneys between September 2002 and September 2003. Elad's educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) obtained from Bar-Ilan University from October 2012 to March 2014, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), both completed at Bar-Ilan University between 1998 and 2002.
