Yanira Ruiz

Yanira Ruiz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in strategic business development and corporate law. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Herzog since October 2023, Yanira previously held the position of Vice President of Strategic Business Development at ePaymentAmerica where a focus on relationships with the Puerto Rico Bar Association and law firms fostered business growth. As the Attorney and Managing Principal at The Ruiz-Soto Law Firm since 2013, Yanira specializes in corporate legal consulting tailored to empower entrepreneurs. Earlier roles include Senior Project Manager at Century Adjusting, Residential Real Estate Appraiser Trainee at Juan R. Reyes & Asociados, and freelance paralegal services, building a foundation of comprehensive legal expertise. Yanira holds a Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus.
