Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Technology & Services and Corporate Functions at Hess Corporation since October 2006, Eric has held multiple directorship roles within the company, covering areas such as Exploration, Project Management, and Change Management. Prior to Hess Corporation, Eric was with BP from March 1999 to September 2006 in various HR leadership positions, including HR Director for Global Refining. Eric began their career at Amoco Corporation, where roles ranged from HR Consultant to HR Supervisor. Eric holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of Southern Indiana.
