Joshua Parisotto has had a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Joshua started their career at IOOF in 2007 as the Head of Practice Management, where they were responsible for creating and implementing the national Practice Management program. Joshua also managed various services and teams within the organization. In 2011, they joined Bendigo Wealth as a Senior Manager - Advice Solutions, focusing on providing advice solutions to clients. After that, Joshua worked at VicSuper as an Executive Manager Distribution, where they played a crucial role in driving growth for the company by distributing financial planning and workplace education services to members. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Member Engagement Officer at HESTA, a role they started in 2022. Overall, Joshua has gained extensive experience and expertise in various areas of the financial industry.
Joshua Parisotto has a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing from Latrobe University, obtained in 1999. Joshua also holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from Latrobe University. Joshua has completed the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning from Kplan in 2003 and has obtained the Certified Financial Planner designation from the Financial Planning Association in 2006. Furthermore, they have completed the Executing Strategy for Results program from London Business School in 2019 and a Graduate program from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2021. Joshua has also obtained a certification in Strategic Branding: From Behavioural Insights to Business Growth from London Business School in 2023.
