Hayley Conboy

Hayley Conboy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropy, partnerships, and policy development. Currently serving as the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Hestia Charity since August 2022, Hayley previously held significant roles, including Board Trustee at Young Gamblers Education Trust from January 2019 to December 2021, and Head of Corporate, Community and Events Fundraising at King's College London from April 2018 to November 2020. Prior experience includes leadership positions at St Mungo's, where strategic partnerships were developed to fund homelessness services, and the Confederation of British Industry, where national and international policies were influenced on behalf of business members. Hayley’s career began in corporate affairs at Cadbury UK and the CBI, following a first-class honours degree in European and International Studies from Loughborough University.
