Jennifer Temple joined the Hewlett Packard Enterprise leadership team as Chief Communications Officer in July 2018. She brings to the role substantial expertise in corporate and financial communications, media relations, employee communications, executive advocacy, product marketing, brand positioning, crisis and issues management, and public affairs. She is a proven, trusted advisor and leader in building and growing teams and creating a collaborative culture.
Previously, Jennifer was a senior vice president and communications leader at Wells Fargo where she managed communications for four different divisions at the company including consumer lending, wealth and investment management, corporate risk and enterprise information technology.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2012, Jennifer was executive vice president and general manager of the San Francisco office for Hill & Knowlton, a leading communications agency. In addition to managing the firm’s Bay Area operation, Jennifer served as a leading client service director counseling a variety of clients – many of them in the technology space – on corporate reputation, executive advocacy and competitive and market positioning. During her time with H&K, Jennifer served as the global account lead for Hewlett-Packard.
Jennifer has held senior roles at major privately-held and publicly-traded companies, including serving as vice president of communications at Banc of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities) and senior director of marketing communications at The Irvine Company.
Additionally, Jennifer worked as an assistant press secretary to California’s former governor, Pete Wilson, and for Edelman in Sacramento.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication. She lives in Marin County with her husband and two sons.

HPE focuses on servers, storage, the cloud, networking, software, finance, and other enterprise services. Compute is HPE’s server segment, which provides infrastructure for traditional and cloud-native applications, as well as a flexible consumption-based Compute as-a-service through HPE GreenLake. HPC & AI provides hardware and software solutions across multiple categories, including High Performance Compute ("HPC"), Data Solutions, and Edge Compute on the hardware side, and HPE Superdome Flex, HPE Nonstop and HPE Integrity as their software solutions. Financial Services ("FS") helps customers transition to and use HPE services by providing them with flexible solutions for leasing, IT consumption, technology deployment, and financing. Finally, HPE’s Corporate Investments and Other segment, which includes the Advisory and Professional Services ("A & PS") business, offers consultative-led services such as partner technology expertise, implementation services, and includes Hewlett Packard Labs, HPE’s research and development arm.
