As CPO, Stacy defines and drives HPE’s human capital strategy and operations to enable the business, and is focused on empowering 60,000+ worldwide team members to thrive and achieve HPE’s purpose.

Stacy joins HPE from Fluor Corporation, a leading global engineering, procurement and construction company, where she served as executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer since 2019. She led the company's global human resources organization, responsible for strategically aligning the HR function to drive business success; fostering a purpose-driven culture; and modernizing the company’s brand. In addition to HR, Stacy led Corporate Affairs, leveraging synergies to strengthen Fluor's brand, communications, stakeholder engagement, inclusion and community relations efforts.

Prior to Fluor, Stacy spent two years with Unilever, a multinational, fast-moving consumer goods company as the Head of Supply Chain Transformation for Southeast Asia and Australia.

Stacy has nearly 30 years of experience across multiple industries, having lived and worked in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. Stacy began her career in engineering and held a variety of global leadership roles in enterprise-wide business transformations, major capital project execution, and operations. She is a trusted advisor to Boards of Directors on complex business and governance challenges, executive compensation, C-suite succession and broad stakeholder engagement.

Stacy graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering. She also completed International Management and Leading with Data Science programs at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the Asian Institute of Management, respectively.

Finally, HPE’s Corporate Investments and Other segment, which includes the Advisory and Professional Services ("A & PS") business, offers consultative-led services such as partner technology expertise, implementation services, and includes Hewlett Packard Labs, HPE’s research and development arm.
