Mika Katz has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2016, they worked in the Israeli Air Force as an Operation Management Officer, where they were responsible for supporting mission-critical functions and training new soldiers. Mika later became the Chief of the Operation Management Office, taking on the responsibility of managing and leading the unit's operations. In 2021, Mika joined the Consulting Club at Reichman University, Arison School of Business as a member. Mika is currently employed at Hexa as a Finance Operation team member.
Mika Katz pursued a dual Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business at Reichman University from the years 2020 to 2024.
